About Caroline Mann

Caroline is an experienced coach, trainer, consultant and educator. She regularly runs professional development trainings, workshops and individual coaching in business, to executives and management teams as part of leadership development programmes. She also runs courses, workshops and individual coaching in education to head teachers, teachers and students. In addition she offers personal effectiveness coaching and workshops for private individuals.
Caroline graduated with a BSc. Honours degree from University College London, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at The Froebel Institute, London, and subsequently taught in a London state school.
After 16 years co-running a successful business in Wiltshire, Caroline returned to education, specialising in students with specific learning difficulties.
While working with students of all ages, either individually or as whole classes, Caroline completed a Masters Degree in Educational Guidance and Counselling at The Graduate School of Education, Bristol University. This led to a PhD, with her doctoral research exploring the optimum state for effective learning and performance. She then trained as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and subsequently as a certified NLP Coach with International Teaching Seminars (ITS), London. She is a member of the British Board of NLP (BBNLP). She has recently extended her portfolio and trained as a practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
The findings of Caroline’s own PhD research, coupled knowledge of the latest scientific research into peak performance form the basis of her coaching, teaching and training. She uses a highly effective combination of tools from her knowledge of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, EFT and Accelerated Learning Techniques. She is also committed to her own ongoing professional development in order to fine tune and keep abreast of current thinking.
