BUSINESS ALIGNMENT

Whether the organisation is a small family run business or a multi-national corporation – or anything in-between – it is like a human body. It has an interconnecting system of departments that are inter-dependent. 

Organisation Alignment sees the business, as an inseparable and interconnected whole; a living being.  The larger organisation is made up of relationships and interactions between the internal departments as well as the stakeholders, directors, managers, employees, clients, customers, suppliers and external contractors.  On a smaller scale, the sole proprietor also has inter-relationships with different aspects of the business as well as with his associates and customers.  Whatever the size of the business, it is critical that there is an optimum flow of energy and communication between every aspect of the whole. 

It targets and tackles the heart of a problem by accessing the root cause of the issue, which is not always obvious. It identifies and resolves the imbalances within, and between, different aspects of the business and the people who work in them. These imbalances, if unresolved, prevent the flow of communication and energy throughout the business and stops them fulfilling their full potential.This helps them improve their performance and excel in the world. 

The process works dynamically in stages to discover the core issues that might be holding the enterprise back.  When the energy of the business is leaking or blocked in key areas, the health of the business will suffer.  The process provides a roadmap for a business or organisation to make significant shifts and lasting positive changes to reach its goals and optimise its full potential. 

Business & Organisation Alignment can be used in different ways; for change and transformation, growth and development, specific problem solving, testing new ideas, “Spring cleaning” and maintenance.

  • Identify their vision and mission statements and check that they are aligned to the highest purpose of the organisation

  • Map the organisation internally – people, roles, departments, projects

  • Map the organisation externally – lawyers, agents, suppliers, clients, customers

  • Check and measure the flow of energy and communication circulating in the business, within the different departments and the links between them, and identifying the areas needing attention.

  • Identifying the qualities needing to come into the business

  • Identifying the blocks and clearing them using the Life Alignment technology.

Rebalancing and clearing the environmental, structural and inter-personal dynamics, that are undermining the business, restores the organisation to achieve its fullest potential in line with its vision and mission statement. This will inevitably have a profound affect, not only on the business itself and its profitability but also on the happiness and well-being of all who work in it.
